Your parts warranty protects against defects in the glass such as delamination, malfunctioning heating elements, stress cracks and leaks. This does not, however, cover against any damage caused by negligence, rocks, debris, or any other outside forces, including acts of God and wear and tear. This warranty applies to the parts replaced at time of service. This warranty does not apply if either we do not receive payment from you or your insurance company, or if this invoice is not signed by an authorized signer of the insurance policy, regardless of work completion.
Your labor warranty protects against any damage or issues that result from our workmanship. If you have any problems, concerns, or questions that arise due to the glass replacement/installation, we will evaluate the issue and correct it as necessary. If a leak test needs to be performed, several aspects of the vehicle will be tested beyond just the glass installed. These could include AC drains, moonroofs and roof racks, etc.
Your LDWS calibration protects against improper operation of the ADAS system which includes Forward Collision Alert and Lane Departure Warning. If calibration issues arise within 30 days of windshield installation, we will re-calibrate again at no additional cost. The ADAS is a major part of your safety systems and may affect the drivability of your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for accidents or issues. If the calibration is successfully completed, but the vehicle needs a manufacturer update, we will inform you to go to the nearest dealer to perform that update. If calibration cannot be completed due to malfunctioning vehicle components, those will need to be updated or replaced at the cost of the customer before calibration can be successfully completed. If there is damage that you think was caused by us, we will review before and after pictures. If it is discovered that we caused the damage we will pay to correct it.
